Frequent mouse disconnect - windows unable to recognize

Hi I have recently purchased a razer deathadder and it keeps disconnecting from time to time with a message that windows is not recognizing the USB.
I can only make it recognize it by starting synapse and then unplugging and reconnecting the mouse. After some time, the same problem will happen again.
Is anyone facing a similar problem? Is it a hardware or software problem?
Thanks!

is it happening while moving it? or it happens while its in a fixed position ?
if it happens while moving it! then you need to change the cord
if it connect n DC by it self even while not moving, then its USB issue and need to be fixed this way

  • Download Nirsoft USB manager
  • Unplug all usb devices.
  • Open Nirsoft
  • Mark all USB devices and click on Uninstall (trash bin icon) [Restart Pc]

*Possible Solution:

  • Calibrate your mouse
  • Set "Liftoff range" to 1
