Fresh out the box Ornata V3 not working properly?

So, I literally JUST opened up my Ornata V3 and opened up WoW to test it (mostly to listen to the keys) but I had an issue where pressing A, W, and E at the same time was opening my file explorer. Found out it needed a firmware update, easy fix. However, now my space bar isn't working with certain keys. Like, in WoW if I can't turn while jumping and running diagonally (E, W, space and Q, W, space). It does the same thing for other keys as well, like if I'm holding any two keys before pressing the space bar then the space bar just won't register at all. I can't find anything about this issue though, at least not any solution to fixing it except for someone saying the whole keyboard is defective and to return it which seems ridiculous. Anyone know why this would be happening? How can I fix this?
