i just got my razer viper ultimate this week after 1 day of using it started a weird behavior the battery indicator is stock on 100 all the time making me not informed on the battery level all the time and at the 3rd day the thing got worse when i put it one the dock it says the battery level is 100 if i keep charging it for one day when remove it from the dock it says 0 battery and turns off
the most sus thing is if i dont let the sensor touch any thing it dont even show in synapse as soon i move it on the matt for one sec or tow it it shows in synapse 0 battery and sleeps in i tried asking for help in r/razer and the staff tried everything even deleting the registry files one Windows safe mode and the mouse is still the same not working....any solution pls
