Frozen - The Current Settings on Your Camera are Different to Synapse

Hi,



I'm trying to get my new Razer Kiyo camera to work.



I've installed Synapse 3, but when I go to the camera I have a prompt that says 'The current settings of your camera is different from Razer Synapse. Which settings would you like to keep?' 'Camera' 'Synapse'



The problem is, when I try to click one of the options, nothing happens; everything else seems to be working on Synapse, I just can't choose an option (it 'indents when I press Camera or Synapse but does nothing). So in turn can't use my camera.



Does anyone know how I could fix this issue?



I've tried restarting the PC and reinstalling with no success. I still get stuck on this prompt every time. I'm currently on windows 7.

Nevermind, I can use the camera apparently! But I assume I can't adjust the settings, as it seems only possible through Synapse. 🙂

Has anyone here gotten things to work from this state? I'm having the same issue and would love to be able to solve it.

Im having exactly same issue, more annoying it has been working fine in there for like a month, then last night noticed the issue, so annoying, and judging from others experiencing it i dont think razer are doing anything!!!
