"Frustrating Razer Nari Ultimate Headset Connectivity Issues"

I have tried several solutions to attempt to resolve the issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. Initially, I switched USB ports in the hope of restoring the connection. Additionally, I made multiple attempts to install and uninstall the Razer Synapse 3 software, hoping it would fix the problem. The headset displays a flashing blue light when turned on, even with the USB dongle properly connected to my PC in any of the ports. Initially, the headset was working perfectly, but suddenly it stopped connecting to my computer. After an extensive search for solutions, including the ones mentioned above, I couldn't find a resolution to the problem. Currently, the headphones only work when connected through the 3.5mm jack. I am open to suggestions and would appreciate any additional guidance to try to resolve this persistent issue as soon as possible. It is truly frustrating to have a device that costs over €160 and not be able to fully enjoy it. I have seen many people on the forum complaining about the same issue. It seems to be a software or USB dongle problem, and despite multiple purchases of your Razer brand equipment, I have never been disappointed, especially considering these are premium headsets. I await your response and a possible solution; I am not willing to purchase another similar device for around €200 only to encounter the same problems.

we have the exactly the same problem.  since last week after the synapse update it stop working. I am still looking for solution. This headset is not cheap. Please razer, fix this :(


They do not care. Im telling you, move on and find another audio device.

 

This has been going on for 10 months and every new update makes it worse. They bricked the usb dongle for the NARI Ultimate during an update last summer/spring.

 

I own three Razer keyboards, Naga Pro, Basilisk Ultimate, Leviathan v2, Tartarus, wireless mouse dock and on and on.

 

I am moving to another peripheral company as I upgrade in the future.
