Garena Shells PIN not delivered
Not sure why Razer Gold support staff are clueless about this issue.
I bought a Garena Shells last 10th December and I didn't get the PIN either by email or through the transaction details page. When I click the View Details, it shows this error:
"Oops! We are still loading your transaction details. Please try again later."
I already submitted a Support Ticket and two of the agents who responded so far kept insisting that "the transaction has been successfully processed. Refresh your game."
They seem too robotic, respond with canned messages, and don't read the ticket in detail. Why would they tell me to refresh the game? I didn't get my PIN in the first place.
According to their website, PIN details should be found on the Transaction History page. But since I am getting an error, their support should be looking for ways to resolve that and provide me the missing PIN, right?
I am very disappointed and quite surprised that a bunch of Razer Gold Agents are st*pid!
Anyone had the same issue and how you managed to solve it?
