Gears 5 chroma flickering.

If this is in the wrong sub-forum, then please move it. When I launch Gears 5 and only Gears 5, my keyboard starts flickering between to spectrum cycling profiles. Gears 5 has a color profile for when you die, lighting the the intractable keys for the game, etc. Issue is, for the profile to "work", I need to close all Razer apps for it to take control. I was told by staff on the Gears forums to come here, instead of asking there. The only troubleshooting trick they had was to update Razer synapse; it didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
