I finally got my headphones after waiting almost forever and when I set them up the microphone isn’t working I’ve tried it all and the only time it kinda picks up sounds if if I blow air directly into the mic but it won’t pick up any sound at all other than that

Thanks for posting this on our Support thread. That's odd. Have you tried connecting the headset to a different port on your PC or another computer? Does your Razer Synapse 3.0 detect the headset?
