it happens that i bought a top up for a friend through razer and the transaction doesn’t appear on my razer profile. i got however an email confirmation of my purchase but my friend didn’t receive a single crystal in game regardless.

i’ve wrote a ticket already but apparently the only answer would be that of contacting the merchant of my purchase (?) but i have no clue of what that means in the first place.

kindly help me out here.
