Hello, I purchased the BlackShark V2X product. When adding to my product to get the 7.1 activation code, it says that the product has been previously registered. Is there any way to get the 7.1 code back?

    Try contacting Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/

    But if you’ve boght it from Aliexpress or similar - this headset may be a fake, and it’s using some original (already registered) headset unique serial number, so it’s better to return it and get from more viable source.
