Getting an "Error Occured" error when trying to track an order.

Okay so I redeemed a free Razer Cobra via Google Play Rewards but did not create an account before redeeming it, and then made an account immediately after, and when I tried to track the order I get an “Error Occured” message and i’m unable to track my order now.

I have an email confirming the purchase and stuff. I’d like to know if it is possible to fix this issue or at least if I’ll get another email when the Razer Cobra has been dispatched or not.
