Getting in touch with customer support.
Hey,
Does anyone know how to get in touch with the support ? US line closed for us in Europe & impossible to open a chat. Whenever I click on the cat link it asks me to log into my razer account and then shows that there is NO ORDER where I just ordered a computer and got the confirmation email.
My computer should have arrived today latest and I paid extra for express delivery. PLEASE tell me how to speak to somebody and not be redirected to robots all the time !!!!
Getting very anxious as a computer is quite an amount of money... which they did not have any problem to debit from my account ON TIME.
