Glitchy Blackwidow Elite Volume Control

Hi Razer, My Blackwidow Elite volume will erratically activate. I have tried to disable the volume controls in Synapse but when I close Synapse, I can still activate the volume knob. I thought I already saved the profile into the on-board profile. Is there a way to deactivate the volume controls? Or perhaps I did not save the profile correctly, then please show me how. I don't want to open Synapse every time. Many Thanks!

    Do you have a separate profile in Synapse? To fix this, I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following the steps on this page. Then, try again and save this setting on your keyboard's onboard memory with the help of this guide.
