Goliathus Extended Chroma Mousepad has dramatically lost lighting capabilities.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed to learn that this is a common issue with this mousepad. The lighting now only works in the section of tubing within a couple of inches of the usb wire connection. Everywhere else the light is just completely off.
This was not a cheap item, and for the lighting to just stop working for so many people is pretty bad.
Is Razer offering any type of replacement for users who are impacted by this.

+1In most cases the tube is bent or damaged, so the lighting capabilities are worse.
