Got this mat 2 weeks ago and it was in perfectly fine, didn't even have to deal with any weird bends or anything, but after just a few weeks of use the front of the mat closest to me has started getting small bright spots.
These spots are mostly in the same area, but it's not where my arm is or anything when I'm using my computer and I noticed it's starting to spread and appear in more locations.
Not sure if I should try for a replacement or just get a refund
I tried contacting support, but couldn't find any option to actually send a message to their support

Happened to me too. My Goliathus Extended Pad didn't move from it's position since I bought it 2 months ago and I see newly added bright tiny dots every now and then in place I don't even reach with my mouse. looks like some kind of deformation over time.
I want to get a refund or at least an honest answer about this product. I don't know how to reach the support. they don't even have any support email published in their web-site. This specific thread didn't get any respond for over 1 month now so the community forum doesn't really help.
If I knew that this is how Razer Company treats their customers and gives a hard time even contacting them, I hadn't buy this product in the first place.
