Graphical corruption on resume from sleep or monitor sleep

I've been having a lot of graphical corruption on the Windows 10 desktop after resuming from sleep or if the external monitor turns off and I then resume the machine. Drivers are up-to-date as far as I can tell. NVidia drivers are the latest as Geforce Experience prompts me to update regularly. I just tried installing the latest intel graphic drivers from their website but that didn't make a difference. I work at Microsoft and filed a bug with them and the looked at it and think it's a hardware problem, not a driver problem. What can I do? It's a Razer Blade 15 late 2019 white model, I bought in march or so of 2020 I believe.

Artifacts might be gpu hardware issue, I might be wrong, usually when display switching issue it shows entirely glitch not partly. Rise support ticket and let support diagnose it since you’re theoretically under guarantee period.
