Graphical glitches with my 2021 Stealth laptop | Razer Insider

I have a razer stealth 13" that I bought in late November 2021. It has a UK keyboard. Since owning it, I have been able to cause the display to crash/glitch and this usually happens when watching a video, or splitting the screen into two sections which either cause images on a web browser to horizontally slide across (rarest glitch), blurring of text (most common), the task bar to go insane or see a black screen with lines.



Naturally, I have repeatedly uninstalled/checked for updates regarding my graphic/display drivers but I think due to the versatility of these problems, it might be worth it to check with the community if anyone has faced these issues, and has been able to resolve them.

Does the issue happen while using other online sites or apps that have video conferencing and streaming (e.g., YouTube, Skype, Discord, etc.)? Please check if your graphics card drivers are up to date:



• For Intel - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant

• For NVIDIA - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us



Should the issue persists, please send me the following:



a. Photo of the BIOS main tab.

b. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 1 and 2 tabs and look for the graphics driver version on the right side.)

c. Screenshot of Windows version.
