Graphics Card in Razer Core X doesn't register | Razer Insider

My computer is being powered by the Razer Core X, but the graphics card is not detected. I've tried downloading the NVIDIA drivers but it's not detected, the card isn't doing anything at all. Everything is plugged in and I tried to unplug and power off for 30 seconds, then reconnect and plug. Nothing seems to work.

My card is an ASUS ROG STRIX 1080 Ti.

Help would be wonderful, thanks in advance!
Hello there! Was this working before? Also, is the Core X being recognized properly by your computer?
im having the same issue with two different laptops , one is a razer the other an HP elitebook. Yes both worked once upon a time. Im so tired of trying to figure this out on both of them. One is a Core, the other a Core X. both have the same Raedon 1070i card. Both laptops see the core, but not the GPU. Both charge their laptops so it seems ok ... other than .... IT WONT DETECT THE CARD. Please help out. I tried to call but you are closed

Thanks for the reply. Just to make sure we are on the same page, do the lights and fans turn on when you power the Core X? Also, you mentioned that you had a Core as well. Was the graphics card recognized when using the Core?
