H key on keyboard different color

The h key keeps cycling through different colors mainly stays at purple. Not sure how to change it, help would be appreciated

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer keyboard is showing the wrong color. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? To isolate the problem, please do the troubleshooting in this article.
