Had paid for the order but no confirmation | Razer Insider

Hi,

 

I tried to purchase a Cobra mouse in the EU store (26.02.24), and my card was charged. But there is no order confirmation in my mailbox. Unfortunately, there is no way to talk to Razer’s support team if the order is not confirmed. Would I get the order or money back?
