I just got my hammerhead earbuds today and they were working fine earlier when I tried them out until I took them out and found out I had a bit of earwax buildup on my earbuds so I tried wiping the wax off. After I did that, the audio dropped. I tried cleaning, installing firmware, and whatever else I could but the audio won't raise back up. What do I do?

Try to forget the earbuds and establish a new connection. I also suggest you test it further on multiple devices to further isolate the issue. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. You can PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty status and start a case for an RMA.
