hammerhead earbuds not connecting to hyperspeed

Earbuds will connect via Bluetooth  but will not sync with the USB c dongle and can't update because it doesn't pick up the charger case

    I have the exact same issue, and the pairing tool its not helping, constantly failed.

    I tried from 2 PCs, and using the dongle on the phone, which is detected but is not connection to the earbuds.
