I got this new earbuds yesterday and made firmware update, after that I pair to my phone. Everything was going working as expected, but after a minute the left earbud turn off. I put in the case and wait 5 seconds the earbud turn on, but after some seconds turn off again.
Does anyone have this issue and fixed?
Or is a hardware issue?
