I purchased these headphones in May of this year, but I've only used them five times because I have other peripherals from the same brand that better suit my needs. I decided to buy them mainly because I'm a big fan and advocate of Razer, and I thought the design was incredible. However, I'm very disappointed because one of the earbuds has stopped working. This is probably the most expensive peripheral I own from the brand, and the concerning part is that I haven't even finished paying for it.

To give you more context, I've been a loyal Razer user and own several peripherals, including the Hammerhead X True Wireless, which I've been using almost daily for nearly a year without any issues. However, I've always used these Hammerhead Hyperspeed exclusively with my PS5 through the USB dock. One day, I decided to try them on my PC and noticed that one earbud wasn’t producing sound; I attributed it to a problem with the PC and let it slide. However, when I reconnected them to the PS5 a week later, the problem persisted. I tried connecting them to my iPhone via Bluetooth, and the issue remained. I've attempted several fixes, thinking they might have desynchronized, but the earbud still responds to touch, and the LED lights work, although it definitely doesn't produce any sound.
