Just bought hammerhead true wireless earbuds, charged them up and none of my Bluetooth devices can find them to pair with. I verified the light was on solid green and that no other devices were connected to my phone or tablet when scanning. Razer apk was also not able to find them.

Hey,
Were you able to install the Razer Audio app? You can watch this video clip on how to properly connect it via Bluetooth. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
