The title pretty much says it all. My Hammerhead True Wireless Microphone does not Show up on Windows 10 Sound Control Panel Recording Tab. Is shows up as headphones under the Windows 10 Sound Control Panel Playback Tab, and audio playback is fine. But I have no way to access the microphone.

I have the same problem too.
I have a similar problem. Mine, although connected to Bluetooth device, shows as disconnected from Windows Sound Playback tab (both headset and headset).

Were there any changes made to your system/device before the issue? Please send me the serial number of your Hammerhead True Wireless via PM. I need it to verify its model and look into possible solutions. Let's go from there.
