Hammerhead True Wireless not working

I just bought a brand new hammerhead true wireless, place them both in the case to charge waited until it had fully charged and then tried to pair them, but dont have any response message / voice saying “power on”, either “pairing mode” or nothing, i tried pressing the button but nothing happened, i know this is weird since i have had another pair of these in the past, but i dont know what to do.
