Hammerhead True Wireless one side not working

I bought the hammerheads from a store a few hours ago, when I first used them they worked perfectly, after using for about 5 minutes, I put them back in the case and left them to charge. About an hour later, I tried to use them again but the left earbud wasn’t working. It didn’t respond to any touch controls and did not have any audio prompts when put back into the case. I tried 1) Putting both earbuds back in the case and taking them out again. 2) Connecting them to a few different devices(laptop and desktop) 3) Leaving them to charge for about an hour After which I tried to use them but only the right side was working. I tried searching online but could not find anything useful. Please help.
