Hammerhead True Wireless PC Connection

Hey all, I bought these assuming a 'gaming' headset from Razer would work well on PC, and not just on my phone. Problem is while connected to the PC the audio stutters ALL the time, sometimes dropping for a few seconds (the audio only, not the bluetooth connection. I tried my laptop instead, same thing. Tried my GF's Beats headphones, worked fine on both machines with bluetooth. I've updated the firmware, I've tried turning "Telephony" off in settings, which was a suggestion found through google, but that didn't help (just removed the audio option to use them as a mic it seemed). Am I stuck just using these with my phone (and PS Vita, which they worked great for too), or am I missing something perhaps?
