Hammerhead True Wireless Pro not powering on earbuds

When I took my earbuds out of it's case, it's not powering on the earbuds. Case light is working. When I open the case I can see the green light but it's not powering on earbuds as I say. I tried Touching and holding buttons for 2 second not worked. I put earbuds back into their case and waited more than 5 seconds opened the case again but still not working. Can someone help me?

    Hi, it's highly likely a power issue. Try to charge your earbuds for 30 minutes and try again. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number and receipt of purchases so that I can check the warranty status and look into RMA options.
