My Hammerhead True Wireless X right earbud does not turn on alongside with the left earbud when the charging case is opened and based on the charging levels on the app the right earbud seems to not be charging as well.

I have the same problem. this means that their product is faulty. I got mine today and charged it for an hour and to my surprise it is faulty out of the box. the right earbud is not charging at all.
