Hammerhead True Wireless X right piece only lasts for 2 mins before the lo batt promt

Hi,

My True wireless x right piece will only last for 2 mins and it will prompt low battery. The left piece is OK and can last to 1 hour. But, when I checked my warranty it expired a month ago. Is there anything can be done or this is the end? 

Loved it but, 2 years is just too short. A brand like razer should last longer. Anyway, insights will be appreciated.

I understand that you're having issues with your Hammerhead True Wireless X Specifically, the right earbud only lasts for 2 minutes before showing a low battery warning, while the left earbud lasts for an hour. To isolate the problem, we recommend trying to perform a battery calibration on your Razer earbuds. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then recharge it to 100%. After that, you can observe if the same issue still persists. I hope this helps.
