Hammerhead TW Pro - Left earbud DOA
I purchased a new Hammerhead TW Pro from Amazon that arrived yesterday. Out of the box only the right earbud will pair. The left does not even seem to have power. I've charged the case to full with both earbuds inside as the guide states. Is there a way to troubleshoot just the left ear bud? I've tried the 6 sec reset suggested from the support page, but I have no way to tell if the earbud is even on, it doesn't respond.

Have you contacted Amazon about this? If you haven't, please perform the steps under the "The audio on my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless and Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is not working properly" by clicking this link and see if it helps.
