Hammerhead TWS has sizzle problem

Hi, while I am using xbox controller I can't hear clearly on Hammerhead. However, it hasn't any problem while I using only Hammerhead. How can ı fix it.

    By the way, are you using them on a PC or a console? For now, try connecting the earbuds to a smartphone to check if the issue is present. Also, please send me the serial number. I can use those to verify its model and check for other possible solutions for this issue. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
