Haven't received my razer 7.1 activation code yet

I just found out about the razer 7.1 surround sound and I accidently threw away my code and I registered my headset but I haven't received my code yet. What should I do? I have the razer kraken Pro V2

oct 4th huh - its not looking to good is it. im in similar boat bought headset around a year ago on a massive clearance sale of products from a chain store. Now nothing .. i just registered the product but id code is where? sure would be good not to have to go through this BS when i already PAID for the product.. Now costing me even more in wasting Time HOW ABOUT with your account IT SHOWS the activation codes with the products youve registered so you dont have to trawl through bs for ever Razer...

true it doesn't register I already have a product with 7.1 surround capability

Calling out Min-Liang Tan omegalul xD; you even have an automated printed sign and signature on razer products saying thank you

This company needs to be sued in california for its misbehavior. Its clear this is not a random error. They are lying about what they offer to sell older goods.
