having a MOST!! Terrible Customer experience with Razer support


i bought razer blade 2018 15 in 2018 november. but in 2019 november laptop having too much issues.
Battery swell and Gpu issues, etc.
so i request RMA and Rma accepted at 2020 February. but there doesn't have repair parts. so razer send me a another model but every each time Razer supporter delayed reply mail they delayed until now! while 6month!. in a 6month i don't receive laptop. so i request compensate but they ignore me. until now no one answer. also i don't receive laptop. and they try send any laptop without my accept. that's too Coercively!!
i sended email around more 40times. and until now i don't receive any email.
Most terrible experience EVER. no more order razer!!!!
8th gen razer blade is Trash
