Hello,
I have a keyboard that the techs declared defective and that it needs an RMA.
Im having issues with the next step and the support ticket is very circular in regards to it.
In a nutshell, they keep saying they have sent an RMA email which I do not receive.
They sent me a link to use instead which gave me a "HONK you cannot access another users RMA" message.
Ive had 3 different techs claim to send 3 different RMA links since then.
They are not in my spam folder let alone my email.
I have provided an alternate email for them to use and a phone number to contact me with.
The email in regard to the ticket is so long it is a pain to scroll through and it goes nowhere.
How do I escalate? Ive tried through your twitter support account and this has just gotten me more techs saying they emailed me an RMA I never get.
