Having some trouble with Razer Wolverine while Hunstman keyboard connected

As the title states, the Wolverine doesn't register as a proper joypad in 'joy.cpl' in Windows 10 while the Hunstman V2 Analog is connected. I tried this with the Huntsman Elite and had other keyboard issues, making me think it was a bad unit. It turned out to be just a Synapse 3 issue. Any idea if we can change joypad priority in Synapse or Windows? I tried Joy.cpl, going to reboot to see if that changes anything. For reference, I have had the Wolverine unplugged while not needing it then plugging it in to play a game but finding out it registered as player two. The Huntsman V2 being player one.
