Having trouble registering my product to use 7.1 surround sound

Hello.
A while ago, I purchased a razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset.
I am now trying to register this headset in order to get access to the 7.1 surround sound feature that is advertised.
I provided every necessary detail(even proof of purchase), but it says that the product already has been registered.
I'd be really thankful for any assistance.
