i just got these headphones and abt a week deep it just started crackling randomly in bluethooth and wired i don’t know what’s happening i was several times far away from the bluthooth thingy before it started crackling and it wasn’t doing it but suddenly it just started doing it nothing happened to the headphones the bluethooth is connected on 3.0 usb idk if that matters it’s so slightly frustrating im going apeshit whenever it happens  it just reminds me that i wasted 130 bucks on these crackling pos. i tried to reinstall synapse still didn’t work reinstalled drivers didn’t work i just want help.+i already tried the trouble shooting method of crackling and or popping sound for the black shark v2 HS

Have you tred peforming the troubleshooting steps here? Were there any changes made to your system/ device prior the issue? Did you receive and install any Windows update recently? Does the issue happen while Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? If so, please PM me your headset serial number and proof of purcahse s I can check for warranty option. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
