Hello,

I have a simple question. Am I eligible for warranty? My Baraccuda Pro frame cracked when I took them off and now it’s broken. I contacted local reseller and they said that apparently my headphones aren’t covered by the warranty. Headphone do not any physical damage to them besides that crack that appeared out of no where.
