My Razer RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X - WIRED GAMING HEADSET left ear sounds doesn’t  work  It was good last night but this morning it get a warranty I bought in april 03, 2024 from best buy india , I have the original box and everything 

I have proof of purchase. All I want is a mic replacement or a repair under warranty

Mic is integrated, so replacement is not possible. RMA it at the place where did you bought, most probably you’ll get a new unit.
