HEADPHONES ELECTRA V2 USB
I just bought this model 1 week ago and it keeps randomly disconnecting , i have to unplug and plug in again. I´ve searched on the internet and the amount of people with the same problem with this model is enormous. How is it possible that so many people is complaining and yet no solution FOR A NEW PRODUCT THAT I JUST BOUGHT? i hope someone can help me.

Hey! Thanks for posting this on our Support board. Sorry for the delayed engagement. By the way, how are you connecting the headset to your computer? Is it directly connected to the USB port or through a USB hub? Have you tested it to a different port or to another computer? Please send me your headset's serial number via PM so I can check its specs and available updates. Let's continue from there.
