I recently bought a razer kraken v3 hypersense. I set the lighting to close when the display is off. It does close when the display is off, HALF of the time. What happens is it doesn’t close its lighting but go on the default rgb Rainbow cycle mode, or just uses my custom lighting. Or it does shut down for an amount of time(10 seconds to multiple hours) then go back up.
Usually when this happens I go on synapse and uncheck and recheck the close lighting when display is off, try a few times, and maybe unplug and replug it for a few times, and maybe it will work. Btw it was just my headphones, my keyboard(cynosa chroma) shuts down its lighting just fine

I hate waking up midnight and seeing my headphones light flashing in the completely dark room, then I have to get up and fix it. I know I could just unplug it when I sleep but is there a way to make the lighting close as it is asked to
