Headset Audio Doesn't Work When Mic Is Used

     So recently I bought a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox Wireless Headset and am using it for my PC. The audio works fine when watching videos, however when I join a discord chat or play a game that needs my mic, it cuts out. Right when I leave the VC/Game, my audio comes back completely fine.
     I notice that the headset gives me two playback devices: Razer Kaira Pro Stereo and Razer Kaira Pro Hands-Free AG Audio. Razer Kaira Pro Stereo sounds clear and is the one that I try to use the most, however this is the one that cuts out when I use my mic. When it cuts my audio out, I switch to Razer Kaira Pro Hands-Free AG Audio which does allow me to hear while in voice chat, but it sounds very distorted and not worth the money I paid for this headset. Could someone please help me find a solution to this obscure problem?
