Hello,

I bought a Razer Blackshark v2 X and when I try to register the product, appears a message saying ‘’ the produtct has already been registered.
(Removed SN for security purposes)

Is it some aliexpress / ebay unit? If yes, I’d just return it as it may be a fake one, and get it from some viable source.

Thanks for sharing concern here. I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed since September 11, 2023. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty and request a replacement/refund from the store. You can also visit this link: https://www.razer.com/store-finder, where you can find other authorized resellers in your country. I hope this helps. Stay safe!
