My kitten headset keeps connecting and disconnecting I’ve tried other usb ports it’s not that my other devices all work it’s just the headset.

Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer? You can also try checking if your OS is up to date. If the same issue persist, then you can drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for some troubleshooting steps along the way.
