Headset disconnecting/reconnecting | Razer Insider

Recently I've been encountering an issue with my razer kraken kitty edition headset where it will disconnect then reconnect shortly after. The main reason I am very perplexed by this issue is that it started about half a month ago and only seems to really occur when I'm playing fortnite or right when I boot up my pc. I've attempted changing in game settings, updating my drivers, removing the device from my computer then reinstalling it. I have had no luck in solving this problem, I would greatly appreciate any help I can get on this before I go and just purchase a new headset.

Did you connect the headset through USB HUB?

if you do try not to use USB Hub
