I have the Razer Kraken Kitty head and i have an issue with it cutting out. This has happened ever snice iv had the headset. If i put my volume pass 60% it cuts out. I don't know how to fix it. pls healp!

Have you tried to disable Synapse to check if it behaves the same with it in the background? For now, please follow the steps on this page to isolate the issue further. But if the problem remains apparent, PM me the serial number of your headset. That way, I can verify its model and for an alternative way to fix this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
