Headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting with louder audio

My headset keeps disconnecting when audio gets loud and I don't know if there is some kind of loud audio protection function, if there is I would like to know how to turn it off. Seen this problem with tons of other people and have seen helpers respond saying it is a problem with synapse and they can fix it. If a helper could assist me with this problem I would greatly appreciate as it started happening the day of when I got this headset and have been dealing with it for 2 and a half months, don't know how long I can take it before I just sell this headset on craigslist but I don't wanna because I love the kitty ears. PLEASE AND THANK YOU

    I had the same issue and found that lowering the brightness of the headset LEDs made the disconnects stop, give it a try to see if it works
